Refund policy

A 7 day returns policy applies to pre made items (excluding sale items)  provided they are in the same unworn condition they were received in. This is at your expense. Custom made items are not able to be returned so please make sure you check sizing measurements carefully. Please contact me prior to ordering if you are unsure. You will not be refunded shipping costs. 


Underwear: Please check size guide and measure carefully as underwear is unable to be exchanged or returned. 

For faulty items, please email me with pictures of the fault. If it is able to be repaired you will be required to return (at my cost) and it will be repaired and returned asap. If it is unable to be repaired you will be able to return the item for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
